Initially, we purchased our large freeze drier in order to be able to preserve the produce grown here on our farm. Our primary goal is to provide fresh, delicious food for our family — and our surplus has been happily provided to our local community. Although we purchased our freeze drier for our garden produce, we have also found a niche producing freeze dried candy! Since our freeze dried candy has taken off, we have invested in an extra large commercial freeze drier to be able to increase our processing efficiency and expand our ability to provide our delicious candy and other goods.
